Feeling stressed and anxious? Worried about fitting in, getting good grades, disappointing other people? Therapy is a great place to learn how to manage these types of worries by learning more about yourself and the roots of these feelings. I offer culturally competent, trauma informed therapy for individuals and couples facing the every day struggles of being alive.
I am a cis-gendered heterosexual Asian American woman. My pronouns are she/her. I use many modalities including EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, among others.
I have a Masters in Social Work from New York University and a Bachelors of Arts from Harvard University. I offer both in-person and video sessions. My office is located on Broadway and Baseline, just south of the CU Boulder campus.
I can provide you with paperwork for reimbursement from your insurance company if you are seeking out-of-network sessions.
