Hello, I’m a counselor specializing in career/college development, life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, substance use and relationship difficulties. Through my work, I have determined that everyone has the innate ability to overcome adversity and define and cultivate a path towards their idealized life. My primary focus is to help students gain an understanding of themselves to solidify their inner strength and purpose. These two pivotal realizations, will set them on a path towards embodying the confidence to move forward on their chosen path.
Whether you are seeking long-term treatment or brief support, this is a safe space for us to process ongoing and anticipated challenges. It is my goal by the end of our sessions, that you will leave with a greater understanding of yourself, enhanced functional skills and strength to reach your highest potential.
