Accepting clients Last Updated Today

I specialize in working with eating disorders/disordered eating, anxiety, depression, life transitions, body image/self-esteem, and more. I do my best to meet every client where they are at in their journey by creating a safe and supportive place. I practice from a client-centered approach and will pull in other therapy modalities when relevant to the client as well (including but not limited to somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, RO DBT, ACT). I have an office in Roswell and can do virtual sessions. I accept various insurance plans.
