College life can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. I work best with students who are dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, and social worries — whether that means overthinking, feeling uneasy in friendships or dating, or trying to understand why certain dynamics feel so complicated. Many students come in wanting to make sense of their reactions, their emotions, and the patterns that keep showing up in their relationships.
My style is warm, gentle, and collaborative, and students often tell me they feel comfortable opening up even about things they’ve kept to themselves for a long time. If you’re someone who likes to talk things through, is curious about why you feel the way you do, and wants support from someone who won’t judge or rush you, you’ll likely feel at home in my practice.
Together, we slow things down so you can understand what’s going on beneath the stress — the experiences and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. My goal is to help you feel understood, grounded, and more connected to yourself as you navigate college and all the challenges it brings.
