I specialize in working with adults ages 18 and older. My focus is on helping individuals navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life changes and transitions, relationship problems, career and higher education, and grief. I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for all individuals. I welcome and support all populations, including the LGBTQ+ community. I deeply value diversity and am committed to honoring the unique religious, spiritual beliefs, and gender identities of each person I works with. My goal is to provide compassionate and effective support, empowering you to overcome obstacles and achieve greater well-being.
Within my practice, I have diligently developed a way to blend person-centered counseling, trauma-informed care, and spiritual wellness to guide individuals to noticeable relief during life transitions, self-worth struggles, emotional wounds, and other various challenges. I work with young and maturing individuals ready for emotional awareness, self-worth restoration, and spiritual realignment. My clients seek a safe space to break free, rediscover, and become who they were created to be—whole, worthy, and beautifully aligned. I work collaboratively with you to set meaningful, realistic goals that reflect your values and areas where you desire healing or growth. We explore your story, identify what's weighing you down, and clarify what realignment looks like for you—whether that's increased self-worth, better coping skills, or deeper spiritual connection.
My name is Danielle Veader and I work with young adults that are struggling to find balance and enjoyment in their lives. The stress of early adulthood can be really overwhelming. Class work, parental expectations, and navigating relationships is challenging. Anxiety, depression, and/or a general sense of feeling lost can seep in. I work with clients to help them better understand and manage their emotions. I partner with them to acquire the tools and skills to better cope with the inevitable stressors of life. We all understand that life can be hard, but no one has to navigate it alone.
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes. You may look like you're holding everything together on the outside while inside you feel anxious, stressed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I help individuals, couples, and families with adult children untangle what's stuck beneath the surface — to feel more connected, grounded, and steady, even in the hardest moments. For over 25 years, I've worked with clients navigating anxiety, stress, grief, loss, life transitions, self-doubt, relationship struggles, communication breakdowns, premarital work, divorce, parenting challenges, empty nesting, and more. Therapy is a space to exhale and slow down — where you don't have to hold everything alone. It's a chance to feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe as you move toward meaningful change, whether individually, with your partner, or your family. Together, we get curious about the cycles, patterns, and different "parts" of you — the ones that once kept you safe, but may now be standing between you and the life, love and relationships you are longing for. My work draws on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Coaching, Mindfulness, and other relational approaches — always tailored to your unique needs and goals. Throughout our work, I will unwaveringly hold your strength, possibility, and brilliance - even when you can’t see it. I love working with insightful, curious clients who are motivated for change. Feel free to contact me to schedule a complimentary consultation.
I specialize in working with: Black men looking to heal and grow; survivors of sexual violence or childhood sexual trauma; and LGBTQ+ individuals. I take on a person-centered approach to therapy. I primarily utilize Narrative Therapy during my sessions with individuals and couples. For couples who tend to have high conflict, I prefer to utilize Collaborative Couples Therapy to assist them in improving their communication with each other, while also working through their conflicts. Currently, I am a pre-licensed therapy working towards full licensure and under the supervision of Sharita Everett. I am able to see insurance clients via contracted sites.

I help college students and adults across Georgia who deal with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and self-doubt. If you’re constantly overthinking, dealing with anxiety or panic attacks, struggling to set boundaries, or feeling like you’re never doing enough—you’re not alone. I use practical, evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT to help you challenge self-doubt, build confidence, and create healthier relationships. Therapy with me is a space where you can be real, learn to manage anxiety, and find a better balance in life—all from the comfort of a virtual session. Let’s work together to help you feel more in control and less overwhelmed.
My focus is to help individuals embrace their challenges, validate them and learn to put them in a compartment of normalcy so that they can emerge from their past trauma and learn to thrive again. I guide the process at the pace and level acceptable and comfortable for each individual, pulling from a variety of modalities. Every person has a unique situation encompassing mental, financial, psychological and emotional challenges, all of which I manage individually.
Have your life transitions brought up more questions about your life? Are you experiencing symptoms that are hard to understand or put into a typical psychological category? My clients typically are looking for holistic, nontraditional approaches to therapy to help them find their own answers. If you have experienced trauma of any kind, this is a safe place to explore how your own innate resources can help you cope and heal. At WellBeing NP, we work best with students who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or under pressure to “keep it together.” Many of the students we see are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, low mood, trouble sleeping, or stress from school, relationships, and life transitions. This is a good fit if you want someone who listens, explains things clearly, and helps you figure out a plan that actually feels manageable while you’re in school.
You are too familiar with stress, worry, and anxiety - even overthinking. Are you feeling lonely, inadequate, socially anxious, even panicky? Sick and tired of living constantly anxious and fearful? You can be helped to grow and expand into a state of freedom, self-confidence, and empowerment to live a life worth living. Avoidance and self-medicating anxiety with alcohol/drugs can leave you high and dry - even feeling worse! You can learn how to make your fears and worries smaller and manageable and practice the steps toward leading a full, satisfying life. This is too important. Relief is real: Life is more than just surviving! Are recurring distressing thoughts, flashbacks, and nightmares of past events - even from childhood - haunting you? Perhaps you have tried "talk therapy," but after a short time your return to the "same old, same old" without getting the results you long for. That's discouraging, isn't it? Long-lasting change is possible. Don't lose hope: Let me help you. With effective therapy like EMDR, we can rewrite negative stories in your unconscious mind, where irrational fears and trauma reside, so that you may achieve a more thoroughgoing renovation of your mind, soul, and spirit. Saturday appointments available. Visit my website. Call me today for a free, confidential 15-minute phone consultation!

I enjoy working with culturally diverse individuals with a broad range of psychological problems, life, & relationship issues. Therapy & Consulting LLC, I provide individual therapy focused on a range of issues. As an LGBTQ ally with a specialized background in LGBTQ health, I also offer evaluations and letters for gender-affirming hormone therapy and surgery. As an experienced therapist I recognize that people seek therapy for a range of clinical and/or life issues, but the common goal is reducing and addressing barriers that get in the way of living a fulfilling life. There are few things harder than asking for help. Sometimes people seek counseling for this help and sometimes they just want to make positive changes in their lives. I aim to build genuine and productive connections with clients, incorporating a relaxed setting and humor when appropriate. Counseling may be a hard journey, but things like trust and comfort level can create an ideal setting for growth. *I am currently taking on new clients. However, at this time I am not seeing couples, those struggling with eating disorders, or substance abuse. I most often handle cases related to depression, life transitions, women's issues, and anxiety or trauma. Feel free to contact me and see if I am a good fit for your needs. This profession has allowed me to meet a diverse group of people who have trusted me with their stories and struggles. We all have a unique story and I'd love to share in yours. It takes courage to seek help, so be proud of your first steps towards growth or change. At this time, I am only taking telehealth clients. I will be seeing all clients via HIPPA compliant Telehealth by the Simple Practice platform. www.thenorthropconnection.com. I am able to reply more quickly to emails.
