I am a Licensed Counselor, specializing in relationship issues especially those impacted by abuse, grief or trauma. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive environment where a collaborative, therapeutic relationship can be conducive to change towards personal growth. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, integrating experiential, behavioral, mindfulness, and existential orientations. I work with couples and individuals experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief/loss including pet loss, parenting issues, trauma and abuse (emotional, physical, and sexual). Grief and trauma may be accompanied by other issues, such as addictions, self-injury, and relationship issues. At request, I integrate spiritual truths and Christian principles into therapy. Please note that as a LPC I am unable to accept Medicare or Medicare supplemental insurance.
